A member shared that he's trying to implement a top-down strategy from a management level that can be implemented to each of the verticals and functions (Cyber, IT, IA, etc.), and to have that be further implemented into each of the company's regions, where it's nimble enough to adjust accordingly. He was also interested to learn how risk owners can get dynamic feedback versus having it be monthly/quarterly.
