Kristy brings over 15 years of experience helping venture-backed and high-growth companies scale with purpose. She’s known for building strong, resilient teams and leading organizations through pivotal transitions, including several successful M&A transactions. Her ability to turn complexity into clarity empowers leaders to make bold, informed decisions that drive lasting impact.
Already hard at work, Kristy is helping shape NeuGroup’s next chapter of growth—centered on innovation, collaboration and community. Outside of work, Kristy is a passionate advocate for mentorship and believes authentic connection is the cornerstone of effective leadership. She lives in Chicago with her husband and twin daughters.
