Working Capital Execution Sprint | Driving Supplier Adoption: Strategies to Scale SCF & Virtual Card

One member raised increasing supplier adoption of SCF and Virtual Cards as a key challenge during the recent Working Capital Optimization meeting. In this session, that member will lay out the problem and outline the obstacles their organization is facing in driving broader supplier participation. A second member will then share strategies and approaches that have proven effective within their organization to improve supplier adoption and engagement.
