Target State Deposit Analytics

Members will benchmark current deposit analytics and reporting practices while also identifying target state objectives on each of these fronts. Discussion topics will include:

1. Deposit monitoring and analytics - during time of BAU, market stress, firm specific stress and CFP conditions.
2. Analytics and data – real time/intraday, historic trend analysis, frequency of measure, granularity by deposit and client types.
3. Concentration – deposit type, client, sector and business line.
4. Analytical tools – tools including AI/agents, dashboard design, reporting methods, and escalation protocols.

While this member led session will include Teams only, we look to share results with the Treasurer’s group afterwards.
