Standing up an ERM Function

The session focused on how to establish or mature an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function that moves beyond a compliance-driven exercise and becomes an integrated part of business decision-making. The presenting member's challenge centered on implementing a top-down ERM strategy that could be consistently deployed across business functions and global regions while remaining flexible enough to adapt to changing risks more frequently than traditional quarterly assessment cycles.
