Retirement plan sponsors are facing a growing set of strategic decisions as workforce demographics shift, funded positions improve, and expectations around retirement outcomes continue to evolve. At our DB and DC Plan Management H2 meeting, members will discuss approaches to improving retirement readiness, managing pension surplus and endgame strategies, and evaluating retirement income solutions that help can participants navigate the transition from accumulation to decumulation.
