NeuGroup 2024 Treasurers' Summit

NeuGroup member treasurers will meet in Chicago to discuss the transformation of treasury roles and responsibilities expected to occur over the next decade.

Technological innovation is certainly a critical factor in this transformation as companies seek to do more with less, as we are still in the early stage of how artificial intelligence and machine learning will impact treasury. There are other areas that are also changing rapidly including real time payments and the stress put on treasury operations. Accessing debt and equity capital has also shifted as pending bank regulations will raise the importance of capital market access including access to private credit. Managing human resources has radically changed with the evolution of hybrid work environments which raise the importance of strategies for talent acquisition, training, and retention.
