The Bank Treasurer and Teams groups will be joined by our friends at Stifel Financial and Mayer Brown to discuss pending regulatory capital changes. Our moderators will examine:
- Optional (for most) Basel III expanded risk-based approach (ERBA)
- Companion standardized capital proposal
- Primary components of these alternatives
- Potential capital impacts of each alternative
Members will gain an understanding of proposal details during this session. This session will also serve as a foundation for the regulatory roundtable at the H2 meeting in Austin. There members will evaluate likely impacts of this regulation so that each bank may decide if the ERBA or standardized approach makes most sense for their situation.
