If your smartphone is your main business phone, you know how much that matters. Customer experience niceties like this add up to a lot, plus the audio and video quality has proven more reliable than the other services weâve used.
We hope Zoom comes through. And perhaps some of this is coming from competitors and their allies who have watched Zoom, zoom past them.
