Member Experience, Transformed Into Actionable Technology Intelligence

NeuGroup TMS and ERP Usage Dashboard - Powered by NeuGroup for Technology Transformation
Available exclusively on NeuGroup Connect, the new resource helps members benchmark their technology stacks, evaluate platforms and make better-informed system decisions using real peer data.
Which treasury management systems are your peers actually using—and are they happy with them?
NeuGroup’s new  TMS & ERP Usage Dashboard  gives members answers based on the experiences of fellow practitioners, not vendor marketing. Now available exclusively to members on NeuGroup Connect, the interactive resource draws on responses from 228 member companies about their TMS platforms and 215 about their ERP systems.
The data encompasses every major platform in the market as well as a long tail of smaller providers, giving members a clearer picture of system adoption, satisfaction and switching intentions across companies of different sizes and sectors.
“This is the first part of our effort to enable members to evaluate technology more thoroughly and effectively,” says John Kane, director of peer groups and leader of  NeuGroup for Technology Transformation (NGTT) .
From market share to meaningful peer comparisons
The dashboard allows members to move beyond broad market-share figures and examine the technology choices made by companies that more closely resemble their own. Users can filter the data by revenue band and sector to understand how platform adoption changes across different peer sets.
Members can use the dashboard to:
  • Benchmark their technology stacks against true peers. See which platforms are used by comparable companies based on size and sector.
  • Build stronger vendor shortlists. Evaluate actual adoption patterns and identify platforms with meaningful traction among relevant peers.
  • Know where to press during an RFP. Compare ratings for functionality and customer service to uncover potential gaps, sharpen reference questions and seek appropriate service-level commitments.
  • Gauge whether users are staying or switching. Examine how many companies are considering a change or implementing a new system—and whether retention reflects satisfaction or the cost and complexity of switching.
  • Plan around the ERP environment. Use the TMS-ERP crosswalk to identify platforms with relevant integration experience, particularly when migrating systems or operating multiple ERPs.
A resource designed to evolve
The dashboard builds on NeuGroup’s well-received  TMS and ERP benchmarking researc h while transforming a single view of the market into an evolving source of member intelligence.
“The great thing about the dashboard is that members can revisit it periodically as we add new data and features,” says Joseph Bertran, head of research.
NeuGroup will update the resource as new survey responses, member-reported system changes and satisfaction ratings become available. Over time, members will be able to track which platforms are gaining or losing ground and whether satisfaction, service and retention trends are changing.
Members are encouraged to bookmark the dashboard and return regularly as the data and capabilities expand.

All member company names are withheld from the dashboard. Members interested in speaking with users of specific platforms may contact their Peer Group Leader, who can help facilitate introductions. Stay tuned for an exciting new feature that will connect member inquiries directly with the relevant platform-user discussion forums!
