NeuGroup Tech Summit 2026: Tech Treasurers
Overview
Please join us at the NeuGroup for Tech Treasurers Second-Half 2026 Meeting on Nov 4-6, sponsored by MUFG. We’ll convene at the Carmel Valley Ranch in Carmel, CA for a day and a half of sessions addressing the pressing concerns facing Treasury leaders today.
2026 marks the 25th anniversary of the Tech Treasurers group, a quarter-century of bringing this group together for benchmarking, shared experiences, and practical insights. This year’s agenda reflects the priorities shaping tech treasury today — geopolitical and market uncertainty, the ubiquity of AI, and organizational transformation. Members will also have ample opportunities to connect through shared activities, informal networking, and interactive discussions.
Carmel Valley Ranch is a truly special destination, and we encourage members to make it a family trip this year. We'll offer some organized children's activities at the resort, along with recommendations for local dining, attractions, and family-friendly experiences so your loved ones can make the most of their time in Carmel while you're attending the Summit. Additionally, the resort offers childcare for a fee at their Adventure Den.

Session Topics to Include:
- Geopolitical and Market Update – What do the mid-terms mean for tech companies as we move deeper into 2026? We’ll examine rate dynamics, tech-sector-specific regulatory and geopolitical pressures, supply-chain and market disruptions, and how these forces shape liquidity planning, capital allocation, and risk management for treasury teams in the months ahead.
- How will the market contend with the seemingly insatiable demand for capital – How are tech treasurers raising funds amid unprecedented cap ex needs? Debt, equity, converts, project finance, private credit, strategic partnerships and more. Let's discuss!
- AI Show and Tell – What have you built? How did you build it? Following up from the H1 meeting, we'll convene a member roundtable on what treasury teams are building. In this no-code allowed discussion, we’ll explore where AI is delivering real gains in treasury, how teams are redesigning processes around new capabilities, and how they have done it.
- Ratings Agency Breakfast - In this popular session, we get with the Ratings Agencies to discuss how they are accommodating AI in their evaluations. From enormous Cap Ex to entire business model transformations, this session with the Agencies keeps members up to date with their thinking and conditions rapidly evolve.
