NeuGroup for US Regional Finance & Treasury Leaders 2026 H2 Meeting

Overview

The NeuGroup for US Regional Treasury & Finance Leaders will gather at Porsche headquarters in Atlanta, GA for their second half 2026 meeting on September 28^th and 29th, 2026.

Members will discuss the common challenges facing regional treasury and finance leaders at non-US multinationals operating in the US — navigating the intersection of headquarters mandates, domestic regulatory requirements, and an evolving operating environment shaped by policy uncertainty, currency dynamics, and growing pressure to do more with less.

This meeting is an opportunity to explore challenges, share experiences, pose urgent questions, and build relationships with an engaged and knowledgeable group of fellow practitioners.

Topics are expected to include:

1. Operating in an Era of US Policy Uncertainty — a peer exchange on how members are managing the practical treasury implications of shifting US trade policy, tariff exposure, and regulatory change, and how they are communicating risk and strategy back to non-US headquarters.
2. Banking Relationships and Liquidity Management — sharing approaches to optimizing US cash structures, managing bank relationships in a high-rate environment, and navigating intercompany funding flows between US entities and parent organizations.
3. FX and Hedging Strategy — exploring how members are managing USD exposure and executing on hedging programs in coordination with centralized treasury functions, with particular attention to the communication and governance challenges of running strategy from a regional seat.
4. AI and Automation in the Regional Treasury Function — a candid look at where members are deploying automation and AI tools within their teams, what is working, and how to build the case for technology investment in an environment where resources are constrained.
