· Data Strategy Best Practices — establishing clean, well-governed data as the foundation that TMS platforms, data lakes, and AI initiatives all depend on, building on the group's consensus that there is no AI strategy without a data strategy.
· Bank Portal Access: Execution Sprint Readout – At the H1 meeting, a small group of members committed to working through their bank portal access workflows together. This session reports back on what they built, what they learned, and what's replicable.
· Trapped Cash — a peer exchange on identifying, measuring, and repatriating trapped cash, drawing on member experience across APAC, LATAM, and Canada.
· AI and Automation Progress Check — revisiting where members have landed since the spring meeting, sharing what has moved into production, and pressure-testing where automation delivers value without sacrificing data quality or junior team members' troubleshooting skills.
