NeuGroup for EMEA Regional Treasurers 2026 H2 Meeting
Overview
Please join us for the NeuGroup for EMEA Regional Treasurers H2 2026 Peer Group Meeting, hosted by Caterpillar in Geneva, Switzerland on November 10-11, 2026. This full-day, in-person meeting will bring EMEA-based treasury leaders together to continue the work started in Amsterdam — advancing liquidity structure optimization, navigating the next phase of technology transformation, and tackling the operational challenges that define the EMEA treasury agenda. The agenda will include a host introduction from Caterpillar, a session on AI in treasury, a liquidity sprint update, structured peer problem-solving, and member presentations and panel discussions on the topics most relevant to where members are focused right now.
An Introduction to Caterpillar and its Global Treasury Organization: Hosted by Benoit Debelder, this session will ground the day in Caterpillar's treasury operating model, global footprint, and EMEA structure — providing members with a practitioner's view of how a global industrial company manages treasury across the region and setting the stage for the discussions ahead.
Projects & Priorities / Solve My Problem: Members will share active initiatives and pressing challenges before convening in small breakout groups to work through the most complex problems on their current agendas. This format is designed to move beyond discussion and give participants focused peer time aimed at concrete takeaways and next steps.
AI Use Cases in Treasury and Finance: Building on the roundtable from Amsterdam, this session will explore how EMEA treasury teams are putting AI to work — from forecasting and workflow automation to internal knowledge tools and reporting. Members will share real use cases and compare where adoption is gaining traction versus where data quality and governance remain the limiting factors.
Liquidity Sprint Update — Optimizing Liquidity Structures: This session will share progress from the group's ongoing execution sprint on liquidity structure optimization, led by Ron Chakravarti. Members will review key findings on IHB design, notional versus physical pooling, trapped cash, and transfer pricing — and refine priorities for the work still ahead.
