NeuGroup for Asia Treasury 2026 H2 Meeting
Overview
Please join us for the NeuGroup for Asia Treasury H2 2026 Peer Group Meeting, hosted by Dell in Singapore. This full-day, in-person meeting will bring Asia-based treasury leaders together to continue the conversations started in April — advancing liquidity structures, navigating AI adoption, and working through the regulatory and operational complexity that defines the Asia treasury agenda.
Schedule at a Glance
Monday, October 12, 2026
8:30am - 5:00pm: Full-Day Peer Group Meeting - Dell Headquarters, One@ Changi City, Level 8, North Tower, Singapore 486036
6:00 - 9:00 pm: Reception and Dinner - Venue to be announced
Session Topics to Include:
- Economic Update: This session will provide an overview of the current macroeconomic environment and key developments shaping the outlook across Asia. The discussion will cover broad trends relevant to regional treasury leaders — including rate dynamics, currency pressures, and the macro backdrop for liquidity and financing decisions — followed by Q&A and peer discussion.
- AI in Treasury — Member Presentation: Roy Zhu Hairong of Edwards Lifesciences will share how their team is applying AI within treasury operations, offering a practitioner perspective on what is working, where the barriers are, and what other Asia treasury teams can take away and adapt. The presentation will be followed by discussion, giving members the opportunity to compare approaches and share their own experiences.
- Gift City Sprint Update: Building on the strong member interest surfaced at the H1 meeting, this session will share what the group has learned from comparing actual Gift City implementations — where it is effective, where enthusiasm has outpaced practicality, and how regional treasurers can engage HQ on India-related structures with realistic expectations. Members who participated in the sprint will walk through key findings and open the discussion to the broader group.
- Topic Corners: Topic Corners will bring members together in small groups based on shared areas of focus. Each corner will center on a specific topic drawn from members' projects and priorities — likely spanning areas such as trapped cash and repatriation, treasury infrastructure, cash visibility and forecasting, and liquidity structure — giving participants the opportunity to go deeper on the challenges they are actively working through. This format is designed to encourage focused, peer-to-peer discussion around real, current problems.
