Topics to Include:
- Geopolitical and Market Update – As we approach the mid-terms, what can we expect from Washington? What can we expect from the new Fed Chair? What does it mean for the financial landscape as we close out 2026? We’ll explore growth expectations, rate dynamics, geopolitical pressures, and what treasury teams should be watching in the months ahead.
- Ratings Agency views in the AI era: Unprecedented cap ex levels, new financing structures, and new forms of partnership have created complexity in the ratings process. Ratings agencies are being forced to adapt to this new paradigm. We'll unpack this situation via an open-ended roundtable discussion.
- Forecasting Data Readiness: Cash forecasting, liquidity visibility, organizing fragmented data, data lakes/data ponds, dashboards and source-data quality are foundational priorities for automation and AI adoption. How do you organize data for success?
- Practical AI Adoption: What have YOU built? Members discuss real treasury use cases—FX controls, reporting, reconciliation, documentation review, cash forecasts and more
- Projects and Priorities: Updates on what people have achieved and where are these objectives headed next. Bring the receipts.
- Success Stories Around TMS – Small-group conversations organized by the most widely used platforms, focusing on implementation lessons, workflows, integrations, and what’s working (or not) for members.
- Talent – How is AI reshaping treasury team design, responsibilities, and required skill sets? How is the rest of your organization adapting to Ai and how does Treasury fit?
