AI Workbench Live Session: AI Recipe Swap
In response to strong member interest in AI implementations coming out of the H1 meeting, this session will focus on practical treasury use cases, workflows and tools that teams have successfully put into action. In addition, we will be showcasing our AI Workbench which all members have access to on NeuGroup Connect and powered by NeuGroup for Technology Transformation (NGTT).
AI is moving quickly from experimentation to execution. Treasurers may not need to understand the technical details behind AI, but they do want to see practical applications that improve how their teams operate.
In this session, members will share an AI-enabled tool, workflow, agent or automation they are proud of—not because it is technically complex, but because it solves a real treasury problem and creates value.
Think of this as a “recipe exchange.” Presenters will briefly explain:
- What the tool does
- What problem it solves
- What value it creates
- What they learned building it
The focus is not on prompts, code or architecture, but on practical examples peers can understand and apply within their own organizations. Examples may include tools that summarize bank fee data, draft commentary, analyze meeting notes, review policy exceptions or prepare liquidity narratives.
Members should leave with practical ideas of what “tastes good” when AI is applied to treasury work.
This is our regular monthly session, so even if a member does not have a specific use case to share, they are more than welcome to attend and learn about what others are doing.
